If your bin hasn't been emptied on its scheduled collection day, here's what to do.

Step 1: Wait Until the End of the Day

Collection crews work through the day. If your bin hasn't been emptied by 6pm, it counts as missed.

Step 2: Report It Online

Report a missed collection on the BCP Council website. You'll need your address and bin type. Reports must be made within 2 working days of the missed collection.

Step 3: Leave Your Bin Out

Leave the bin at the kerbside. BCP aim to return within 2 working days to collect missed bins.
