Booking

Items must be accessible and ready to load when we arrive
We allow a 30-minute on-site window

Cancellation
Cancel any time before the crew arrives — no charge
If we arrive and items aren't ready, a call-out fee may apply

Asbestos or suspected asbestos materials
Clinical or medical waste
Gas bottles or cylinders
Explosives or firearms
Liquid waste (oil, sewage)
Liability
We are fully insured for public liability. We take reasonable care when collecting items from your property. Any damage should be reported within 24 hours.
