Millhams Recycling Centre accepts furniture (3.2 miles from Bournemouth). You'll need to disassemble large items to fit in your vehicle, and a van or trailer requires a permit. Van/trailer permit required (free, apply online). For most wardrobes and large items, professional collection is more practical than multiple car trips.
