Items must be left at the kerbside by 6:30am on collection day. No access to the property. Online booking only. You'll wait 2–3 weeks and need to move everything to the kerbside yourself.

Millhams Recycling Centre accepts furniture (1.5 miles from Christchurch). You'll need to disassemble large items to fit in your vehicle, and a van or trailer requires a permit. Van/trailer permit required (free, apply online). For most wardrobes and large items, professional collection is more practical than multiple car trips.
Many bungalows with single-level access. Some Highcliffe properties have steep driveways. Mudeford Quay area has narrow access roads. For furniture removal, please empty wardrobes, drawers, and shelves before we arrive — we're collecting the furniture, not the contents. Free parking on most residential streets. Town centre has pay-and-display. Highcliffe and Mudeford can be tight in summer.
