Do I need to be there?
No. Many people aren't. We message you photos of anything you might want to keep or that looks valuable, and nothing goes without your say.
What happens to valuable items?
We set them aside and talk you through them. We can negotiate a discount on the disposal rate, and in some cases we buy items from you outright.
Where do usable items go?
Where we can, usable items go to local charities or on to reuse instead of the tip.
What if it's all junk?
Then you just pay the price we agreed from your photos, and it goes to licensed sites. We'll be straight with you about what's worth something.
Can you bring the things I keep home?
Yes. We can drop the keep pile at your house on the same run. Tell us the address when you send photos.
What about the storage site's access hours?
Tell us the site and unit number and we'll work within its access hours.
