Common questions
Can family arrange it if they live away?
Yes. Family can send the photos, agree the price and follow along by WhatsApp. We send photos of anything that needs a decision.
Do we have to decide everything on the day?
No. Anything you're unsure about can go on the keep pile for now. Nothing leaves without your say.
Can you move the things we're keeping?
Yes. With a full downsizing move, we take what you're keeping to your new home on the same job.
What happens to good furniture?
Pieces with value are set aside. We can knock them off your price, or in some cases buy them outright. Usable furniture that won't sell can go to local charities.
What if it's a probate or estate clearance?
