Dorchester Recycling Centre accepts furniture (7.5 miles from Weymouth). You'll need to disassemble large items to fit in your vehicle, and a van or trailer requires a permit. Dorset address proof required. For most wardrobes and large items, professional collection is more practical than multiple car trips.

For furniture removal, please empty wardrobes, drawers, and shelves before we arrive — we're collecting the furniture, not the contents. Seafront and town centre have pay-and-display and resident permits. Residential areas mostly free. Summer parking can be very limited.
